Cases outside our scope
- Recovering funds lost to scams or fraud → contact your local police first.
- Reversing or cancelling a blockchain transaction → impossible for anyone; treat "reversal" offers as scams.
- Stolen or hacked wallets → report to the police and involved exchanges immediately.
- Exchange account login recovery → only the exchange's official support can help.
